Job positionSales Support Executive
Job Responsibilities:
•  Customer service, handling inquiries and order follow-up
•  Order processing, system updates & inventory coordination
•  Simple documentation and stock-in / stock-out checks
•  Update product info on our website (images & descriptions) 

Job Requirements:
•  Basic computer skills (Excel、Word)
•  Able to communicate in Chinese and English
•  Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
•  Candidates with experience in auto parts stores, automotive workshops, or trading/wholesale companies will be given priority

Salary and benefits:
•  RM3,000 (3-month probation)
•  RM3,500 upon confirmation
•  Birthday benefits: 1 day birthday leave & birthday angpao
•  1 day of flexi leave in months without public holidays
•  Year-end bonus (1 month or more after 1 year)

Working hours:
•  5.5 days per week 
•  No required overtime
•  30-minute flexible start and finish time daily
